Emergency Medicine
The Department of Emergency Medicine was started in 2013 with the state of the art infrastructure and all the advanced equipments required for managing and stabilizing various emergency situations.
Department of Emergency Medicine received approval of NMC in 2014 to admit and train post graduate students. Since then the Department is serving the people in all emergency health situations and also conducting research work in Emergency Medicine.
The Department also has a well equipped advanced skill lab to train undergraduates, nursing staff, paramedical personnel and general public in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Courses.
BLS/ACLS Course
The Department has conducted American Heart Association (AHA) certified Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support course in association with Indian Institute of Emergency Medical Services (IIEMS),Kottayam.
